Olets are known as branch connection fittings used to provide an outlet from a larger pipe to a smaller one. The primary pipe onto which the branch association is welded is generally called the Run or Header estimate. The pipe to which the branch association gives a channel is normally called the Branch or Outlet measure. Weldolet is an economical butt-weld branch connection, is considered to reduce stress concentrations and provide integral reinforcement manufactured according to the requirements of the clients. Weldolet is the type of fitting used to create a branch with the smaller size of main pipe. Weldolet usually used in piping with high pressure and temperature where the connection with the joint type buttweld. The use of reinforcing pad is not required on weldolet.

2205 Duplex Stainless Pipe is highly resistant to corrosion as compared to stainless steel grade 316. The anti corrosion property is attributed to chromium. Chromium not only increases the corrosion resistance, but it is also known to improve the tensile strength, hardenability and wear resistance of duplex stainless steel grades.
Nickel is a metal that can withstand high temperatures hence it finds applications in fields like turbines in aircrafts as well as power and nuclear plants. In the alloy used to produce Duplex 2205 Welded Pipe, nickel provides durability, good strength as well as increased strength. Besides this, nickel resists corrosion in marine and chemical environments at elevated as well as cryogenic temperatures. Addition of nickel in the alloy also enhances the weldability of the stainless steel.
When Molybdenum is used as an alloyant in stainless steel, the metal offers great mechanical stability and high ductility. It also reduces brittleness caused due to addition of chromium in the Duplex 2205 Seamless Pipe.
Other materials used to manufacture the 22cr Duplex Pipe include manganese, sulphur, phosphorus and silicon.
Addition of sulphur along with phosphorous is known to improve machinability. Manganese offers increased strength, toughness, hardenability & improved hot working properties.
